One ticket allows entrance to all our open museums on the same day.
Children up to primary school age must be accompanied by an adult.
Prams are allowed within the museum's foyer and café, but are not allowed amongst the exhibition due to fire safety. If you should need a baby carrier or pushchair we prefer if you bring your own - we have a limited amount for lending.
Students must show valid student identification.
An annual pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase and provides entry to all open museums with one guest.

Find the way:
On foot: Approx. 10 minutes from the center of Stavanger, through the underpass in Kannik, pass Rogaland Teater and continue up Muségaten to Stavanger museum.
By bike: Approx. 5 minutes from the center of Stavanger, through the underpass in Kannik, pass Rogaland Teater and continue up Muségaten to Stavanger museum.
By car: Parking P-Jernbanen, go from there through the underpass in Kannik, pass Rogaland Theater continue up Muségaten to Stavanger museum.
By bus/train to Stavanger city centre: Go through the underpass in Kannik, pass Rogaland Theater and continue up Muségaten to Stavanger museum.
Lift:
Please note that we have a lift on the left side of the entrance. Prams can be taken into the museum's foyer and cafe, but unfortunately not in the exhibitions due to fire safety. We have a limited amount of pushchairs and baby carriers for lending. In case you would need this, we would appreciate you bringing your own.
Cafe and shop:
Ticket is not required to visit the museum shop and museumscafe, with the same opening hours as the museum.

Facilitation in case of reduced vision: Partly. In the exhibition "Our Nature?" you can touch some of the animals.
